Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification for servicing systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair building systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units, schedules vendors, and completes punch lists.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervision for reorders.
• Documents maintenance activities for tracking and accountability.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; assists with painting and cleaning.
