Responsibilities include completing work orders, managing inventory, following safety policies, and assisting with inspections. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifikationen

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local jurisdictions require all applicable certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance per safety standards and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and notifies supervisor when re-ordering needs arise.
• Completes documentation for service requests to enable tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities, performs cleaning, painting, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-control by fixing instead of replacing parts when possible.
