Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1/II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Access materials and track inventory to support maintenance tasks.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
• Follow safety policies and participate in routine safety meetings.
