Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness meets company standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacants, managing materials, and documenting tasks. Certification in EPA refrigerants and a valid driver’s license are required; flexibility for on-call, evenings, weekends, and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, as applicable.
• State/local jurisdiction certifications as required for all technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units including pre-move inspections and punch lists.
• Document service activities to track requests accurately.
