Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support preventive maintenance programs to uphold Greystar’s standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, conducting make-ready tasks for new tenants, managing inventory with the maintenance team, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State/local jurisdictions certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsabilités

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Accesses materials from maintenance, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor on re-orders.
