Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of an apartment community, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacants, inventory management, and maintaining grounds.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license for on-property golf carts, and a flexible schedule including on-call periods. Benefits are included for full-time onsite staff.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on-property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Performs make-readies for vacant units and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Manages materials by tracking inventory and notifying supervisors for reorders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and records.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
