Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities in California. You will assist in corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks, and help with make-ready processes under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance is required and safety guidelines must be followed. You will respond to resident requests, perform pool maintenance, inspect grounds, maintain logs, and help manage inventory and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
