Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, safety, and resident satisfaction in a fast-growing portfolio. You will perform preventive and corrective tasks, respond to work orders, and assist in make-ready and inspections across community assets.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work with on-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community, including grounds and common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Follow Asset Living policies and maintain a safe, organized shop.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in safety and inspections.
