Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. Under supervision, you will support make-ready processes and daily upkeep of common areas and units.

You will respond to resident requests, maintain logs (pool chemical logs, safety records), and help ensure OSHA safety practices and compliance with property policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to use basic on-site software and perform common admin tasks.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and support scheduling of maintenance/repair events.
• Maintain the exterior and common areas, including pool area and logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property rules.
