Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will handle routine, preventative, cosmetic, and emergency maintenance tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, performing inspections, assisting with make-ready tasks, and maintaining logs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
