Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in California to support daily maintenance tasks across the community. You will respond to requests, perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks to ensure property readiness for new residents.

You will also handle pool care, safety log maintenance, and compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA standards while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must understand on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and cosmetic tasks in common areas and units.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Conduct pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs as required.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Support inventory management for tools and supplies.
• Assist in on-call emergency duties at the community.
• Document service requests and maintenance activities accurately.
