Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform routine and corrective maintenance on buildings, grounds, and pool areas, ensuring safety and quality while responding promptly to work orders.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. On-call availability and reliable transport are expected for this safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit turnover.
• Maintain pool, grounds, and common-area cleanliness and logs.
• Inspect property daily for hazards and safety risks.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and inventory per safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and document activities.
