Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our properties. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks under supervision.

You will handle daily on-site duties, respond to work orders, and help keep common areas, grounds, and units in excellent condition. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community maintenance and keep common areas clean and safe.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover of units and common areas.
• Maintain inventory and records of service requests and safety logs.
• Support maintenance supervisor and ensure OSHA compliance.
