Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring make-ready readiness and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, with a reliable on-site presence and strong customer/service mindset to support residents and property teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required on site.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to resident/management requests promptly and document work orders.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs to extend system life.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain safety standards and proper record-keeping.
