Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property maintenance program, perform both routine and emergency tasks, and assist in make-ready operations under supervision. You will be responsible for grounds upkeep, unit inspections, and responsive service to resident requests.

Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready process.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards or liability concerns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Report observed violations of community rules to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
