Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in preventive, corrective, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across communities. You will handle make-ready tasks under supervision, ensure safety, and help maintain records and logs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Regular on-site attendance and availability for on-call emergencies are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: respond to requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform daily upkeep of exterior areas including grounds and common spaces.
• Report observed violations of community rules to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.

Education
