Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance of our property. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Essential duties include the make-ready process, pool maintenance, daily inspections, safety compliance, and timely responses to work orders. This role requires teamwork and commitment to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Inspect and maintain community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with make-ready processes and scheduling of maintenance/repair events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents.
