Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance across our properties, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure timely, quality work.

Responsibilities include make-ready, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, safety logs, and regular inspections while upholding OSHA standards and property policies. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes: corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Handle make-ready processes per property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management work orders promptly for common areas and units.
• Maintain safety logs, inspect grounds and facilities daily, and minimize hazards.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and adhere to safety guidelines.
