Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community maintenance operations across properties. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and help with make-ready tasks to meet operational goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance, repair requests, and turn events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect facilities daily for hazards and safety compliance.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and inventory.
• Respond to resident requests and coordinate with supervisor.
• On-call emergency at the community.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
