Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our properties. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires on-site attendance, strong customer service, and adherence to safety/OSHA guidelines. You will participate in inspections, handle work orders, and help maintain a clean, safe

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
• Maintain safety and OSHA-compliant work practices.
