Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across its communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role emphasizes on-site duties, pool care, grounds upkeep, safety compliance, and making-ready for turnover, with a focus on resident relations and timely response to work orders.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Carry out maintenance on the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain pool chemical logs and perform swimming pool maintenance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
