Job summary

Asset Living in Selma, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, corrective, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You’ll assist with make-ready processes and respond to resident requests while keeping safety and OSHA guidelines in mind.

This full-time, on-site position includes pool maintenance, grounds care, record-keeping, and participation in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain pool and grounds; inspect property daily for hazards.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and inventory; participate in on-call emergencies.
