Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance at our properties in El Paso, TX. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic upkeep under supervision, ensuring site readiness and safety standards are met.

Key duties include handling make-ready tasks, responding to work orders promptly, performing pool and grounds upkeep, and maintaining logs and inventories. A strong emphasis on customer service and safety is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and accurate records.
• Assist in safety trainings and hazard communications.
