Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolio by performing corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-call emergencies and safety compliance are part of the duties.
