Job summary

RADCO Investments, L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Raleigh, NC. You will be responsible for maintaining the property, performing routine preventive maintenance, and handling repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

The role requires on-call availability and a commitment to safety and resident service. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA Type I/II certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required
• CPO certification is preferred
• Possess knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, etc.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to use personal vehicle for parts or responding to needs

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is well kept and address safety concerns
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs including HVAC and pool maintenance
• Move appliances and equipment as needed and assist with moving abondoned items
• Complete service requests within 24 hours
• Provide on‑call emergency service when scheduled with after-hours responses
