Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolio nationwide. The role focuses on performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Key duties include on-site community maintenance, timely response to work orders, pool care with logs, safety compliance, and assisting in make-ready and inspections.

Formación

• Must understand on-site software functions
• Basic computer skills required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsabilidades

• Assist with community maintenance of common areas, buildings, and units
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance
• Assist with the make-ready process for units
• Maintain swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community
