Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across its communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready processes and daily on-site responsibilities.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, maintain safety and OSHA standards, and contribute to a well-maintained, attractive property for

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and repairs in common areas and units as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and safety standards, including OSHA guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, make-ready status, and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
