Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across multiple properties. You will perform routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and timely responses to resident requests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work with potential on-call duties, with a full-time schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to manage resident relations and service requests.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate on-site software systems.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property, including preventative and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and perform routine repairs.
• Support in make-ready and unit inspections as needed.
• Maintain maintenance shop with safety practices and supplies.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Assist in on-call emergencies and maintain records of service requests.
