Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in daily maintenance tasks across properties. Responsibilities include routine and cosmetic upkeep, pool maintenance, and make-ready turnover under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, on-site software use, and timely response to requests from residents and management. Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cosmetic and routine maintenance of common areas and units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Assist with the make-ready process and unit turnover events.
• Maintain safety and follow OSHA guidelines and property policies.
