Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site operations across our community properties. This role emphasizes preventive and responsive maintenance, including safety-compliant work and make-ready tasks, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities cover community upkeep, repairs, and coordination of turn events, with required to be on-site daily and available for on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain community common areas and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and chemistries logging.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and safety programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold community policies.
