Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including the make-ready process under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining pools, grounds, and common areas, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines; you will help manage inventory and upkeep records as part of a total rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity expected.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready process and inspections under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain common areas, buildings, and units; perform regular safety checks.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and chemical logs (e.g., pool).
• Support Supervisor and Community Manager in inventory and safety programs.
