Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in daily maintenance processes for a multi-family property. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to resident requests, assisting with make-ready processes, and maintaining safety and logs for chemicals and equipment. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA guidelines.
