Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing the property’s common areas, buildings, and units. The role includes the make-ready process, preventative maintenance, pool care, safety practices, and responding to resident requests under supervision.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community
• Maintain well-organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards
• Participate in unit inspections and assist with inventory monitoring
• Maintain records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and work in progress
