Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance across our communities. You will perform routine, cosmetic, preventive, and emergency work under supervision to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance tasks across community buildings and units.
• Respond to work orders and resident requests in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventive, cosmetic, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all activities.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked with supplies.
• Record service requests, inspections, and make-ready status accurately.
