Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role includes corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready processes, respond to work orders, and assist with inventory, safety programs, and daily upkeep of common areas and grounds. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Report safety hazards and ensure compliance with property rules and policies.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
