Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our multi-site communities. The role involves hands-on maintenance, preventive tasks, and responding to work orders under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily responsibilities include on-site attendance, swimming pool maintenance, safety compliance, and coordination of make-ready turnover. The position requires High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and availability for on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance of common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, safety standards, and work progress.
