RangeWater Residential in Santa Rosa Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior spaces clean, safe, and fully functional. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete make-readies, and respond to work orders with urgency and professionalism.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred: 1–3 years in apartment maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site).
• Strong communication and service skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Complete make-ready tasks and prep vacants for leasing.
• Inspect work and verify quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
• Document work and update records accurately.
• Assist contractors and vendors when needed.
