Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas. You will diagnose defects, complete make-readies, and ensure safety and appearance to RangeWater standards.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, and EPA refrigerant certifications. Proficiency with Entrata Yardi or One Site is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in units and common areas.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform make-ready tasks.
• Inspect and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
