Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for interior and exterior spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of common areas and units. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage make-ready tasks for new leases.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and delivery skills to connect with residents at all levels.
• Experience in facility or apartment maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate MS Office and property management software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident service requests and completes work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinates with vendors and contractors for punch lists and make-ready tasks.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance work and safety inspections.
• Follows safety policies and participates in required trainings.
