Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep interior and exterior areas, respond to work orders within 24–48 hours, and complete make-readies for new move-ins. The role supports cost-saving by repairing parts when possible and ensuring safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, and proficiency with Entrata Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills to connect with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from residents within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-readies for vacant apartments and manage punch lists.
• Conduct property inspections and assist contractors as needed.
• Document work orders accurately and keep records up to date.
• Adhere to safety and risk-management policies and OSHA requirements.
