RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold property standards, safety, and resident service. You’ll diagnose and repair issues, handle make-readies for new tenants, and supervise contractor work to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, maintaining inventory, and documenting tasks while adhering to OSHA and site safety rules. Valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Formación

• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar field (1–3 years preferred).
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders for resident requests within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant apartments, conduct pre-move-out inspections, and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain safety training compliance and document work accurately.
