RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure interiors and exteriors meet our standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support make-ready processes for new residents, all while optimizing materials usage and documenting work orders.

The role requires flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for complex tasks.
• Complete make-readies and inspections for vacant apartments.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in common areas.
