Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep interior/exterior spaces, respond to service requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness across properties.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license, with strong communication and resident service skills. Flexible schedule and on-site work at Florida properties are expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Document work orders and materials used for proper tracking.
• Inspect and report safety concerns to management.
