Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.
• Experience using property management software and basic computer tools.
• EPA refrigerant certification required or state-provided equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance to meet property standards.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and prep units for leasing.
• Inspect and fix systems, coordinate with vendors as needed while ensuring safety.
