Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, and common areas in top condition at our Santa Rosa Beach properties. The role involves completing work orders, doing make-readies, and ensuring safety standards across the site.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance, a high school diploma, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, or 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders for resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready process for vacant units and lease preparation.
• Repairs and maintains building systems to safety and quality standards.
• Maintains documentation and inventory records.
• Coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in safety meetings.
