Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep indoors and outdoors of properties in top condition. You will handle work orders, perform preventive upkeep, and ensure safety standards across common areas and units.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, HS diploma or GED, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with Entrata/Yardi or One Site is a plus; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• EPA certifications: Type I & II or Universal required by state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartments and prepare for leasing.
• Inspect work for quality and safety, document tasks and materials used.
• Assist in safety meetings and adhere to OSHA and site policies.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and property team.
