Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle on-site upkeep, repairs, and make-ready tasks across our multifamily communities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure units and common areas meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property-management software. EPA refrigerant certifications are required; a valid driver’s license is also necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in property-management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure building, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect for safety and maintain inventory of materials and tools.
• Document work orders accurately and track service requests.
