Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Hayward, CA to support community maintenance, make-ready tasks, and safety compliance under the Maintenance Supervisor. Regular on-site attendance and responsive service to resident requests are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist in on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
