Asset Living in Richmond, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, routine and preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks under supervision. You will respond to work orders, manage common areas, perform pool care, and help ensure safety and quality across the community.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, OSHA awareness, and willingness to participate in on-call emergencies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and unit inspections as requested.
• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and safety standards; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and record-keeping for service requests and status of work in progress.
