Asset Living in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under supervision. You will support make-ready tasks and help ensure safety standards and operational objectives are met.

The role requires on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform regular/daily on-site maintenance and cosmetic tasks to uphold property standards.
• Maintain the maintenance shop in a safe, organized manner and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and address issues promptly.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community and respond as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance, and make-ready status.
